Qorvazim™ offers yoga, Pilates, barre and fitness accessories, including yoga mats, grip socks, workout gloves, mobility and recovery accessories and related exercise products.
Who operates Qorvazim™?
Qorvazim™ is operated by Beijing Taiheng Shengze Technology Co., Ltd. The owner is Yu Hong.
Can product colors look slightly different?
Yes. Minor color, texture or appearance differences may occur because of lighting, photography, monitor settings and normal manufacturing variations.
How do I choose the right product?
Review the product description, dimensions, material information, size guidance and intended use shown on the individual product page before ordering.
Orders & Shipping
How long does order processing take?
Orders are normally processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation. During busy periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.
How long does standard U.S. delivery take?
For supported U.S. destinations, standard carrier transit is generally estimated at 10–15 business days after dispatch. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.
Do you provide tracking?
When tracking becomes available, it will normally be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist before fulfillment begins, but changes cannot be guaranteed after processing has started.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return period?
Eligible products may generally be returned within 30 calendar days after confirmed delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Can used yoga mats, socks or gloves be returned?
For hygiene reasons, products that have been used, worn, washed or materially altered may not qualify for preference-based returns unless defective or otherwise required by applicable law.
How do I request a return?
Email service@qorvazim.com with your order number, product, reason for return and any relevant photographs.
Where do I send a return?
Contact us first. Our registered company address is not automatically our return warehouse. We will provide the correct return destination after approval.
How long does a refund take?
Approved refunds are normally initiated within 5–10 business days after the eligible return is received and inspected. Your bank may require additional processing time.
